Fullers Mill is an enchanting and tranquil seven-acre creation on the banks of the River Lark. It combines a beautiful site of light dappled woodland with a plantsman’s collection of unusual shrubs, perennials, lilies and marginal plants. It is a garden of truly year-round interest. The garden was created by the late Bernard Tickner MBE (1924-2017). He moved to Fullers Mill in 1958 and spent over 50 years creating the garden you see today from rough scrub and woodland.

We also take the short drive to Bury St Edmunds where you'll get free time to enjoy the town.

Knebworth House is a Grade II* listed, Tudor Gothic style country house, originally built in the 15th century and surrounded by a 250 acre deer park. Knebworth House has also been host to music concerts featuring huge names such as The Rolling Stones, Oasis and Elton John along with the filming of blockbusters like The Kings Speech, Batman The Movie and Eyes Wide Shut.

The Great British Food Festival at Knebworth will be situated right next to the fantastic house.

A popular trip for us in 2023, so its returning in 2024 - Sutton Hoo is an Anglo-Saxon burial ground, home to one of the greatest archaeological discoveries of all time and with a 17-metre high viewing tower. In the afternoon we take the short drive to Waldringfield and enjoy a river cruise along the River Deben and a Deben tea included too.

Sandringham Flower Show is one of the most prestigious horticultural events in the East of England. Now in its 141st year, it is much more than just a Flower Show. It is a unique event offering not only the best in horticulture but also an excellent day out, filled with family entertainment.

Set in the magnificent surroundings of Sandringham Park with Sandringham House and Sandringham Church as a backdrop, this one-day Show attracts around 20,000 visitors each year. From the beginning the Show has been privileged to enjoy Royal patronage and traditionally our Royal Patron attends the Show.
