Online Store Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions are as follows regarding our Branded Products...

Accuracy of Information - Items listed and stock levels are maintained to the best of our ability. We aim to keep the descriptions up to date as much as physically possible. We will not be held responsible, or hold any liability if this information is incorrect at your time of purchase. 

Cancellation of Order(s) - All orders made for branded products are Non-Refundable. Once the order has been made, and paid for no refund can be offered unless the products are delivered in an unsatisfactory state. 

Cancellation of order(s) by us - In the event we have to cancel your order(s) a refund will be issued automatically within seven working days, along with written confirmation to the address given when completing the order.

Disclaimer of Liability - If your product arrives damaged, or in an unsatisfactory condition we will not be held responsible. This includes any loss, damage, expense, or personal injury suffered by the company. 

Payment Method(s) - All major Debit & Credit Cards are accepted for online purchases. Cheque & Cash Payments are not accepted. 

Payment Terms - All payments are to be made in full, along with a carriage cost before the item is despatched. Failure to pay in full for the item will result in the order being cancelled. 

Production Delay - In the event we have limited or no stock of the item you've purchased we will keep in contact with you, and advise a delivery date. We aim to keep these to a minimum.

Products Listed - All items listed for sale, their design, logo, product etc are all intellectual property of PTS Group (Norfolk) Ltd T/A Wrights Coaches. Any copying of branding products may result in legal advice and action being taken against the appropriate party, business or individual. 

Refund(s) - Refunds offered are at the discretion of company director Matthew Wright and given in extreme circumstances only. 

Return of items - If you are unhappy with your items, we ask they are returned (as new condition) within seven days of delivery. A reason should be supplied as to why you're unhappy and if deemed appropriate a new item issued. A full refund remains the discretion of Company Director Matthew Wright.   

Shipping & Delivery - Any items ordered will be delivered (UK ONLY) within seven working days via the appropriate means of carriage. Any international deliveries will be dispatched within seven working days and then delivered in accordance within international trade constraints. 


DayBreak, Weekend, ShortBreak & Holiday Terms & Conditions are as follows...

Admissions - All Admission is included where stated using the tick symbol in the brochure. Passengers who are members of both the National Trust &/Or English Heritage will be entitled to the entry fee discounted from their DayBreak where applicable on the understanding they bring their membership card with them on the date of travel. The card will be required for proof of membership. We can not be held responsible for an admission charge being incurred where the membership card is not produced.

Alcohol - Strictly NOT ALLOWED to be consumed on board any company vehicle.

Cancellation by us - Customers will be notified no later than 14 days prior to the departure date. When this occurs a full refund is offered, or your booking may be transferred onto another one later in the calendar year - This choice is at the customers discretion.

Cancellation by you - Cancellations are subject to the following charges... 
(DayBreaks) 

Seven days or more before departure - Full Refund offered.
Six Days or less before departure - 50% Refund offered.
If admission is included within the price this will not be included within the refund, unless as a company we can agree with the supplier. 


(Weekend Breaks, ShortBreaks & Holidays) 
Six Weeks or more before departure - Full Refund offered.
Less than six weeks before departure - No Refund offered.
If admission is included within the price this will not be included within the refund, unless as a company we can agree with the supplier.
For any potential Refunds which may be offered outside of the above parameters discretion may be used by company director Matthew Wright.
Note - An increased % of refund may be offered; this will be at the discretion of company director, Matthew Wright only. 

Child Fares - Child fares apply to all those between the ages of 2 and 15. Passengers at the age of 16 or over will be required to pay an adult fare. Any passengers under the age of 2 and therefore unable to occupy a seat (travelling on another passengers lap) will not be required to pay. All children must be accompanied by a fare paying adult. 

Concessions - Concessionary Fares apply to those at the age of 60 or over.

Complaints - All complaints should be made via email to office@ptsgroup-norfolk.com or in writing to Company Director, Matthew Wright at Unit 10, Tilia Business Park, Tunstead Road, Hoveton, Norfolk, NR12 8QN. 

Departure Time - Passengers are asked to be at their departure point at least 10 minutes before the coach is due to depart. Drivers are advised to wait FIVE minutes past this time only, and are also issued with all passengers contact telephone numbers. No refunds will be offered should the customer fail to be at their allocated departure point on time.
For the Return Journey - All passengers will be given a time by the driver. Passengers MUST be back at the Pick Up Point by this time, as a company, we will not be held accountable should you fail to meet this request by the driver. If any additional travel costs are incurred these will NOT be paid for by us. 


Disabilities - Wherever possible we will accommodate any passengers with disabilities additional needs; if you require further assistance please advise us at the time of booking. 

Group Discounts - For every 10 passengers travelling - One will travel FREE. Any additional discounts are offered at the discrection of company director Matthew Wright. 

Incomplete DayBreak or Holiday - Should the DayBreak or Holiday have to be curtailed due to mechanical failure of any company vehicle, or any passenger/driver being taken ill any refunds/compensation will be at the discretion of company director Matthew Wright; this will not be compulsory.

Late Arrival of Coach - All times are given as a guide - This relates to the Pick Up Time, Arrival time at the Destination & Return time to your Drop Off Point. If for any reason these times vary considerably no compensation will be offered or given. 

Lost Property - All lost property will be kept at our headquarters at Hoveton for ONE MONTH, after this it will be disposed of unless by prior arrangement. 

Luggage/Items Purchased - All luggage placed in the hold underneath the coach and in the luggage racks above the passengers heads is done so at the owners risk. Any damage to property lies solely the responsibility of the items owner. 

Pick Up Route - Depending on passengers numbers and their location we may alter the Pick Up Route slightly before your departure date. We will telephone you to advise of any changes, and will offer no remuneration should you chose not to travel as a result. Departure times are also given as a guide and drivers reserve the right to drop off in a different order should they deem necessary. This will be liased through the office, and they will make the final decision. Any queries relating to this should be directed to the company director, Matthew Wright and not your driver on that day. 

Seat Numbers - When using a different vehicle with a different seating configuration the numbers can change slightly. Wrights Coaches reserve the right to alter your seat number without warning should operational needs require. We will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.

Smoking - Strictly NOT ALLOWED whilst on board any company vehicle (This includes the use of vapes too!) 

Timings - All timings remain approximate depending on traffic condition etc. No compensation will be given should you receive less time at your destination as a result. 

Vehicle Used - Wrights Coaches reserve the right to use a smaller vehicle should passenger numbers be lower than anticipated. Any change in seat numbers, or other changes incurred by the customer will be deemed satisfactory and Wrights Coaches will not offer any compensation for this.
