Off to the capital we go - to spend a fascinating day visiting Kensington Palace, followed by some relaxing free time in the nearby Hyde Park.

We begin the day by exploring the palace itself, where the State Apartments and historic rooms will provide a glimpse into royal life. You could see beautifully decorated rooms, historic furniture, and fascinating exhibits detailing the lives of past residents, including Queen Victoria and Princess Diana. Highlights could include the King’s and Queen’s State Apartments, the Sunken Garden, and special exhibitions that may be on display during your visit. You could begin by exploring the main areas of Wisley, taking in the highlights that make it one of the most celebrated gardens in the UK. The Glasshouse will showcase tropical and exotic plants, while the Rock Garden and Alpine House will feature rare and interesting alpine and rock plants. You could stroll along the mixed borders, herbaceous gardens, and the Woodland Garden, enjoying the colours, textures, and seasonal blooms. In addition to the general gardens, the Dahlias Spectacular will be a real highlight in September. We're off to explore all the charm of the Suffolk Coast as we spend a beautiful day visiting the coastal town of Southwold in September, enjoying the autumnal sunshine and the charm of this classic seaside destination.

You could begin your visit by strolling along the seafront, taking in the fresh sea air and the colourful beach huts that line the promenade. The sandy beach will be perfect for a gentle walk, and the autumnal sunshine will create a warm, golden glow over the waves. You could stroll along the seafront, visit the iconic Dreamland amusement park with its vintage rides and attractions, or take a walk along the Harbour Arm, which will provide stunning views of the coastline.
